- Case management: We also launched a case management hub so you can report issues easily and get them resolved in no time.

- Trading got smarter with improvements to Exchange Later (Marketplace): Exchange Later (Verto Marketplace) got a major upgrade with improved data access which made the process faster, more transparent and simpler than ever before.

- Locking it down with MFA: We beefed up account security with the release of multi-factor authentication. Activating MFA moves your account into the untouchable category.
- Rates at your fingertips with Whatsapp Bot: We brought exchange rates closer to you on a platter with Whatsapp Bot! With speedy access to rates, you are able to dial up your business efficiency.
